Nightly Base Rates:
Price varies by site type, season, and by time periods for events and holidays.
Summer Season
May 15 - September 14
Full hook up sites: $57-$82.50+tax
Electric & water only sites: $52-$62+tax
Shoulder Season
April 1 - May 14 &
September 15 - October 14
Full hook up sites: $55-$77+tax
Electric & water only sites: $49-$61+tax
Winter Season
October 15 - March 31
Full hook up sites: $52-$67+tax
Electric & water only sites: $49-$52+tax
Monthly Sites
October through May
Basic full hook up $650 - $750 depending on the site (Basic, Premium, Storage).
April increases an additional $50 - $70 per month.
Electric is metered on all full hook up sites and added to stay cost. For electric & water only sites, the electric cost is included. (Not all sites are monthly.)
Call for rates and availability. Can work with manager for extended summer rates or special quote.
RV Storage
Winter storage: $95 per month per slot.
Storage space in summer month is dependent upon availability. $30-$40 per night.
We have a gated property and 24-hour security.

Summer Stay Minimums
2-night minimum stay required all weekends May 15 - September 14
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day holidays - 3 night minimum stay required.
Mothers Day, Father's Day, events, and summer weekends - 2 night minimum stay required.
Call the office for 1-night openings within weekends in case of gaps.
