Role Description

The Park Operations Manager is responsible for whole-team management and park operational oversight. Team management includes setting the whole-team tone, staff priorities, meetings, staff scheduling, assigning tasks, as well as hiring and training new team members.

Park operations oversight includes guest-facing interactions, facilitating guests needing managerial attention, navigating communication during service disruptions, and monitoring reports and trends to identify priorities and future projects.

As Park Operations Manager, you will be involved in ongoing hands-on projects while also setting aside time for planning and reporting to maintain efficient operational flow.

This is a hands-on leadership role that helps carry the daily operational flow of the park. This person would help oversee day-to-day operations, support and guide staff, assist with scheduling, hiring, and onboarding, and help coordinate grounds and site readiness. They would also help ensure overall park presentation and be present with guests when situations need support, while working alongside the team as needed.

This role also involves hands-on maintenance, property care, and working directly with guests to address site and facility needs. We do a great deal of our maintenance and improvement work in-house, so this person should be comfortable helping with general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall upkeep and care of the property as part of the daily rhythm of the park.
