Nightly Base Rates:
Price varies by site type, season, and by time periods for events and holidays.
Summer Season
May 15 - September 14
Full hook up sites: $64-$85+tax
Electric & water sites: $59-$64+tax
Tent & dry camp sites: $40-$64+tax
Shoulder Season
April 1 - May 14
September 15 - October 14
Full hook up sites: $55-$77+tax
Electric & water sites: $51-$62+tax
Tent & dry camp sites: $35-$57+tax
Winter Season
October 15 - March 31
Full hook up sites: $52-$69+tax
Electric & water sites: $49-$52+tax
Tent & dry camp sites: $36-$62+tax
Monthly Sites
October through May
Basic full hook up $650 – $750 depending on the site (Basic, Premium, Storage).
Some sites in May can increase an additional $50 – $75 per month.
Electric is metered on all full hook up sites and added to stay cost. For electric & water only sites, the electric cost is included. (Not all sites are monthly.)
Call for rates and availability. Guests can work with the manager for extended stay summer rates or a special quote.
RV Storage
Winter storage: $95+ tax per month per slot.
Storage space in summer months is dependent upon availability. These dry camping sites are $42+tax per night.
We have a gated property and 24-hour security.
*Unless otherwise specified, the above rates are for full hook-up sites, and include two adults, up to two children under the age of ten, two pets and one tow or towed vehicle. Additional adults, pets and vehicles are $3-5 each per day or $25 per month.
All bookings are subject to availability. We book according to site type categories.

Summer Stay Minimums
2-night minimum stay required all weekends May 15 – September 14
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day holidays – 3 night minimum stay required.
Mothers Day, Father’s Day, events, and summer weekends – 2 night minimum stay required.
Call the office for 1-night openings within weekends in case of gaps.
