Discounts apply at check-in when the balance is charged. Cancellation Policies & Fees: For stays of 1-6 nights Out of today’s charge, $30 is our non-refundable cancellation fee. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If cancelled with 48+ hours' notice, your will be refunded your deposit minus the $30 fee. If cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the first night is non-refundable. If no notice of cancellation is given, the same policy applies. For stays of 7-29 nights Out of today’s charge, $50 is our non-refundable cancellation fee. We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellations. If cancelled with 7+ days' notice, your will be refunded your deposit minus the $50 fee. If cancelled with less than 7 days' notice, the first night is non-refundable.
